On 2/6/15 I was blessed with the opportunity to provide testimony via speaker phone for South Dakota HB 1155 which will provide factual, supportive information to mothers expecting children with Down syndrome. The law is very similar to "Chloe's Law " and it is amazing how "One Small Voice Can Make an Incredible Impact"!
