"The 9-year-old from Upper St. Clair has Down
Syndrome and vows nothing will stop her from achieving her goals. Chloe has had
her picture taken with politicians, including Gov. Tom Corbett, to whom she read
a book, Sarah Palin and numerous local legislators, plus Pirates manager Clint
Hurdle and Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh Bishop David Zubik. But her biggest
picture will be featured Sept. 22 in New York City's Times Square as part of the
National Down Syndrome Society's video presentation to kick off Down Syndrome
Awareness Month observed in October."
